How Your Payments Work
Payments for your classes are hassle free and secure with PayPal monthly subscription.
Once you have completed our booking form, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to your email address.
Just click on the link in the e-mail to activate your monthly payments.
Should you need to cancel your PayPal subscription, this can be done quickly and easily by logging into your PayPal account and clicking on 'subscriptions'.

Q. Do you offer onsite Parking?
A. There is free parking available within 100m at each of our locations
Q. Do parents sit in the class with their child
A. Yes we require that a parent/carer sits in the under 5's classes and are encouraged to participate
Q. Can more than one parent/carer attend?
A. One parent per child is the maximum in class. We do however, have a seating area where other parents can wait.
Q. Can siblings of different ages attend a class together?
A. Yes, just choose one of the child's age groups, fill out a form for each child for that age group then leave a comment stating they are siblings.
Q. What happens if I can't attend a class?
A. We ask that you attend each lesson at your allocated time each week to ensure consistency in your child's learning. Please note that lessons cannot be carried forward, should you miss your appointment you will still be charged for the lesson.
Q. What happens when we go on holiday?
A. If you are going to miss a number of lessons, you can cancel your subscription at any time and resubscribe upon your return.
Q. Can you hold our time slot whilst we are away?
A. If you can e-mail us with the dates of your absence, we will endeavour to hold your place in class although we cannot guarantee this.
